Daphine Emma (Rowlett) Marks, age 69, of El Paso, Texas died Wednesday, February 28, 1996. Daphine was born April 28, 1926 in Archer City, Texas daughter of Floyd D. and Pauline C. (Bevers) Rowlett. She married Bernard Walker Marks February 26, 1946 in Oklahoma and he preceded her in death in 1971.

She was a foster care giver and lived in El Paso 11 years.

Survivors include her daughter, Debra K. Biever; her son, Larry Marks and sister, Hazel I. Comby.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Pauline Rowlett; husband, Bernard W. Marks and daughter, Barbara Elaine Marks.

Visitation held in Harding Orr and McDaniel-Montana with burial in East Lawn Cemetery in Salem, Illinois.
