Louise Laughton Gray, 71, of Springfield, Mo., formerly of Ellinwood, former bookkeeper and medical insurance clerk, died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 1997. Service at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Ellinwood.

Louise was born, a daughter of Willard H. and Elsie (White) Laughton.  She married Donald E. Gray May 18, 1947 in Olney, Illinois. 

Survivors include husband, Don; daughters, Gayle Bavuso of Nixa, Mo., Nancy Hammerschmidt of Manhattan, Ginger Bloomfield of Springfield; sisters, Patricia Finley of Seagrove Beach, Fla., Nancy Doran of St. Louis and five grandchildren.

Memorial has been established with Maranatha Village of Springfield, Mo. Kimple Funeral Home.
