Ivan Ledeker

Ivan D. Ledeker, age 52, of Olney, Rt. 4 passed away May 16, 1977 at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.  Funeral services at Summers Funeral Home with Bro. William Read and Rev. C.M. Weaver officiating. Interment in the Memorial Garden section of Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Ledeker was a lifelong resident of the county and was the son of Albert H. Ledeker and Ethel A. Shipley Ledeker. He was married to Ella Mae Williamson on April 1, 1965. Mr. Ledeker had been engaged in farming most of his lifetime in the Calhoun community. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict (Cpl U S Army ~ Korea) and attended the United Methodist Church at Parkersburg.

He leaves his wife, Ella Mae and two daughters living at home, Rita Diane and Brenda Mae Ledeker. Other survivors are two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Agnes Bratton, Mrs. Ruth Crane, and Byrl Ledeker all of Olney, Ray Ledeker of Masonville, Iowa and Lloyd Ledeker of Calhoun. He also leaves a father-in-law, Homer Williamson of Parkersburg.

He has been preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Mrs. Opal Craig and an infant sister and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Homer Williamson.
