Charles Lee Atteberry, 63, passed away September 29, 1988 in Cisne, Illinois.  Burial in the Cisne Cemetery.

Charles was born in Wayne County July 16, 1925, the son of Percy Brown and Lucretia C "Lue" (Billingsley) Atteberry. On 9 June 1946 he married Dorothea L Moore.

Charles served in WWII US Army, he was a farmer and a member of Cisne Christian Church. He also served as director of the Wabash Telephone Company and was an active member of the Egyption Old Car Club.

He had three siblings; Evelin, Elmer and Ruth Atteberry.
