Kelly Joe Phillips, 40, of Claremont, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, in Knox County, Indiana.   Burial in Goss Cemetery in rural Richland County.

Mr. Phillips was born on June 30, 1969, in Olney, the son of Paul and Audrey (Catterton) Phillips.

He was a graduate of East Richland High School. He was a truck driver by profession and a member of Christian Church of Olney. He will be sadly missed by his brother, Chris, extended family, friends and all who knew him.

Mr. Phillips is survived by his brother, Chris Phillips and his wife, Kimberly, of Claremont, one niece, three nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Audrey Phillips and his sister, Palla Wolverton.
