Terry Seaton, 57, of Marshall, IL, formerly of Olney, IL passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025 at Ascension St. Vincent in Evansville, IN.

Terry was born July 15, 1967 in Olney, IL, the son of Jim Seaton and Janice (Keen) Seaton. He married Anna Hayes on May 20, 1995 in Springfield, IL, and she survives.

Terry was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed riding his ATVs and shooting for sport. He also liked boating and tubing during the summertime. Terry was always happy to share these experiences with his family and friends. Terry also loved his pets very much, especially his cats. He was also a proud lifelong member of the NRA and a member of the First Christian Church in Marshall. Terry will be dearly missed by those that knew him.

Terry is survived by his wife, Anna of Marshall, IL; children, Megan Seaton of Marshall, IL, Hunter (Yessenia) Seaton of Marshall, IL, and Lacey Seaton of Marshall, IL; parents, Jim and Janice Seaton of Olney, IL; brother, Larry Seaton of Olney, IL, and nephews, Levi (Megan) Seaton of Olney, IL and Logan Seaton St. Jacob, IL.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ivan and Mamie Keen and Charles and Maymie Seaton.

A memorial service will be held for Terry at 1:00 PM on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney, IL, with a visitation beginning at 11:30 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
