Michel “Missy” Renee Lenear, 58, of Olney, IL, went to be with her loved ones in Heaven on May 26, 2021 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Michel was born April 29, 1963 in Olney, IL, the daughter of Mike & Joan Robinson. She married the love of her life of 34 years, Michael Lenear. They would be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary on September 27, 2021.

She was an ERHS graduate in 1982 who never knew a stranger. Michel worked for Olde Tyme Steakhaus for more than twenty years. Besides being a terrific cook, she loved baking, spending time with her grandchildren, working in her garden, and catching up with her friends.

Mrs. Lenear is survived by her husband of 34 years, Michael; her daughters, Mandy (Ron) Martin of Olney, and Macy (Tim) Sorrell of Bridgeport; her mother, Joan Robinson of Olney; four grandchildren, Grace & Jonalyn Martin and Zachary & Madeline Sorrell; aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Michel was preceded in death by her father, Mike Robinson; one sister, Christine Robinson; Uncles, George, Robert, and Charles Robinson; maternal grandparents, Elmer & Josephine Ginder; paternal grandparents, Norris “Frog” & Vivian Robinson.

Cremation Rites were accorded. Interment will be at Haven Hill Cemetery, and a private family service will be held for Michel at a later date.
