Karen Anderson, 54, of Olney, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN.  She was born on February 28, 1964 in Olney, IL, the daughter of Robert Lee and JoAnn Kay (Martin) Grubb.  She married Billy Everette Anderson, Jr. on November 23, 1991 and he preceded her in death on January 30, 1998.

Karen was a very hardworking, honest, and positive person. Despite her multiple challenges in life she was always faithful and helped others who were in need.

Karen is survived by her son, Kyle Anderson of Olney; sisters, Donna Horn of Noble and Marilyn Farley of Olney; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and uncle, Ernest Lee "Bud" Grubb.

A memorial service at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney, with burial at Crest Haven Cemetery at a later date.
