Reverend Guy E. Troyer, 87, passed away Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009.

He was a former president of West Virginia Bible College, former dean of Carolina Christian College, retired missionary in Egypt and Ethiopia, an Army veteran of World War II and attended Bible Wesleyan Church.

He is survived by his wife, the former Dana Pinkstaff; children, Linda Beal, Charles and Steve Troyer, Naomi Morrison and Debby Humphress; nine grandchildren; and sister, Helen Smith.

His funeral will be held at Fern Creek Funeral Home, with burial in Lebanon (Ky.) National Cemetery.
