Jesse Harold Keyser - Class Of 1941

Jesse Harold Keyser, 70, of Lawrenceville died Saturday December 4, 1993 at Lawrenceville Manor.  Funeral services at Smith Funeral Home in Lawrenceville with Rev. Clarence Bangs officiating. Burial in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery with military rites performed by the American Legion and VFW.

Mr. Keyser was born August 26, 1923 in Mt. Erie, the son of Jesse Vern and Edna (Shelton) Keyser. He married Jane Corbin on February 1, 1945.

Mr. Keyser was an educator and a civic leader. He was a Navy Pilot in World War II and a member of the American Legion Post #2244, Lawrenceville Elks Club, 32nd degree Mason & Shriner member of Masonic Lodge.

Mr. Keyser is survived by his wife, Jane of Lawrenceville; a son, Jesse Harold Keyser II of Hoopeston; a daughter, Julia Jane Holland of Rogers, Ark.; and four grandchildren.

Mr. Keyser was preceded in death by his parents.
