Kathern (King) Johnston, 68 of Brentwood. Missouri, formerly of Olney, died August 22, 1990 in St. Louis, MO.  Private services and interment in Haven Hill Cemetery.

She is the daughter of the late Dora (Day) Garner and Raymond King and niece of Mrs. Lois Jones of Olney. She was the wife of the late, George L. Johnston.

She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Strand of Maplewood, Mo. and one sister, Mary Elizabeth Muxfeld of Middleton, Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father and husband.
