Sidney W. Bohren

Sidney Wilfred Bohren, 69 of Casper, Wyoming died Thursday, November 28, 1991 at his home following a six-month illness. He was born April 14,1922 in Olney, Illinois to Benjamin F. and Jessie (Osterman) Bohren.

Mr. Bohren served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during WW II, from 1942 to 1946 and was stationed at the Air Force Base in Casper. On October 11, 1945 he married Norinne Elizabeth Ward in Casper. Mr. Bohren was employed by Fred Goodstein until 1966. He was then self-employed with Amway until the time of his death.

Survivors include his wife, Norinne and his children; Teresa Griffin of Casper, Spencer Bohren of Ft. Collins, Colo, Carole Vawter of Lake Mills, Wisc; Dale Bohren of Casper and David Bohren of Sauquoit, N.Y.; a brother, Bernard Bohren of Bradenton, Fla and 17 grandchildren.

Private graveside service at the Oregon Trail Veteran’s Cemetery, Evansville, Wyoming.
