James Walter Duncan, 79 of Tucson, Arizona passed away March 2017. He was born April 25, 1938 in Richland County Illinois a son of Clarence E. and Evie (Wolter) Duncan.

He is survived by family, including his sister, Mildred; brother, Charles and was preceded in death by his twin brother, Robert Duncan.
