William Scott "Bill" Wells, Sr. passed away January 15th, 2013. He was 91. Bill was born in Olney, IL in 1921. He joined the US Army in 1944 and that same year he married his wife of 68 years, Annabel Lee Hatfield.

He was preceded in death by his son, William Scott Wells, Jr.

He is survived by his wife; son, Gary Wells; daughter, Ann Kathleen Rutter; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Bill was an active member of the Church of Christ. He loved woodworking, fishing, and gardening. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
