Glenn R. "Jack" Buckels, 75, of Grayville, formerly of Olney, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1996, at his home.

Buckels was born February 25, 1921 in Parkersburg, the son of Clifton E. and Iva (Snider) Buckels. He married Kathryn M. "Katie" Faris October 3, 1953, in Olney.

He was a retired manager of Grayville Moose Lodge #1960. He was a veteran of WWII. He was a member of Grayville Lodge #1960, James M. Helm American Legion Post #696 in Grayville, the VFW at Olney and the Scottish Rite in Danville.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Marsha Lee Potts, of Issaquah, WA; Jacqueline Sue Needham of Bradenton, FL and Sharon Kay Perry of Grayville; a sister, Geraldine Woods of Bradenton, FL; nine grandchildren: and one great grandchild.
