R. Scott McKnight, 56, of Boonville, Ind. died Sunday, June 13, 2004, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.  Graveside services at Alexander Memorial Park in Evansville with Mike Stoelting officiating.

Mr. McKnight, a musician and drummer all of his life, was well known throughout the tri-state area. His most recent band was Hickory. He held a master's degree in Business Management., He was a member of OWLS Nest #30 and Fraternal Order of Eagles #427.

Mr. McKnight is survived by his wife of 14 years, Edna McKnight, of Boonville, Ind., a daughter, Rachael McKnight, of Evansville, Ind.; a sister, Mary Margaret McKnight-Norman, of Roswell, Ga.; and a sister, Lisa McKnight Girvin, of Duvall, Wash.

Memorials may be made to Diabetes Association.
