I think about Troy all the time. We used to be roller skating partners when the skating rink was still the main thing to do on the weekend and the place for cool birthday parties. We would talk on the phone while my sisters made fun of me "talking to your little boy friend". When I was at Silver Street school the only places my Dad would allow us girls to go by ourselves was the skating rink or the library. Spent alot of time at the library with Tracye Zerkle and Jenny Wood because it was in walking distance.
Even after all this time I'm still very angry with those that participated in Troy's death. He was so smart, cute and funny. He sat next to me in History the year of his death. So sad.

Carrie you are so right. Troy was so funny. After Jr. High I lost touch but I never forgot
About him. There are some people that touch a persons heart and he touched mine. I still think of him and can't get the sight of seeing the nurse a nd other vehicle led going to the cemetery. I am 60 years old and it seems like yesterday. Thanks Troy for that smile and humor. 🙂 rip
