Jerry Short, 43, of West Salem, Illinois died Saturday, January 4, 2003, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind.

He had been a farm hand.

Surviving are his wife, Becky; a stepdaughter, April Curtis; his stepmother, Mary Short; two sisters, Mildred Berlin and Judy Zollars; two brothers, Bob Short and Albert Bricker; and three granddaughters.

Services at Ingram Funeral Home, burial in Shiloh Cemetery near Berryville.
