Jana (Bunn) Rigg, 63, of Olney, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney. Jana was born August 26, 1959 in Olney, the daughter of Walter and Sarah Claudine (Gillaspie) Bunn.

Jana enjoyed hunting for Indian artifacts and rocks as well as restoring antique furniture. She took pleasure in cooking for friends and family and had an open-door policy when it came to joining her for dinner.

Jana is survived by her son, Niles Rigg and wife Jessica; son, Hyatt Bunn; grandchildren, Liam and Lane Rigg; mother, Claudine Bunn of Olney; sister, Jackie Mowrer of Olney; half-brother, William (Julie) Bunn; half-sisters, Sharon Ferguson and Elaine (John) Baltzell, and many other relatives.

She was preceded in death by father and daughter, Kyra Rigg.

Upon her death, Jana gave the gift of life, as she was an organ donor to Gift of Hope so that others could benefit.

Cremation Rites will be accorded, interment will take place at Eureka Cemetery at a later date.
