Jerry Neil Bailey, 69, passed away on July 23, 2019. He was born February 11, 1950.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Bailey; brother, Jim Bailey.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lavone and Alline (Bryan) Bailey.

Private services will be held at a later date.
