Larry Leaf, 63, of Olney, died Monday, August 27, 2012, at his residence after a bout with cancer.  Funeral services at Praise Harvest Church with Pastor Johnny Pflaum officiating. Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in rural Claremont

Mr. Leaf was born April 19, 1949, in Olney, the son of Frederick Eugene Leaf and Trella Aliene (Fiscus) Clow. He married Deborah Sanders on January 6, 1973, in Olney. She survives.

He retired from the City of Olney, where he worked for 35 years. He took pleasure in hunting, fishing, camping and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed getting away and enjoying nature. He loved spending time with his family and adoring his five grandkids. He was a member of Praise Harvest Church.

Mr. Leaf is survived by his wife, Deborah, of Olney; son, Toby Leaf and his wife, Tanya, of Berryville; daughter, Tessa Dicks and Derek, of Olney; mother, Trella Clow, of Olney; brother, Jeffrey Leaf, of Olney, sister, Judith Swinson, of Olney; sister, Julie Leaf, of Evansville, Ind.; sister, Tina Clow, of Olney; and grandkids, Autumn, Skyler, and Preston Leaf, and Judah and Ezra Dicks.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Eugene Leaf; stepfather, Richard Clow; brothers, Tommy Allen Leaf, Danny Lee Leaf, Anthony Joe Leaf and Johnathan Paul Leaf.
