Jill (Utz) Neff, 54, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Olney, died December 31, 1999 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born December 30, 1945.

Burial in Oaklawn Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mrs. Neff is survived by her husband, Jim Neff of Jacksonville, Fla.; one son, Brett Neff and his wife, Nancy of Jacksonville, Fla.; one daughter, Karla Long and her husband, Stan of Snellville, Ga.; four grandchildren; parents, Gerald and Bernetta Utz of Olney; one brother, Ron Utz and his wife, Rita of Olney; grandmother, Elsie Brian of Olney and several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
