Ruby Arlene Stevens, 89, of Flora, Illinois, formerly of Olney, died on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Flora Rehab and Health. Ruby was born on July 23, 1932 in Parkersburg, Illinois, the daughter of Everette Stevens and Lena (Cokley).

Ruby enjoyed bowling, playing monopoly, and shopping. She especially loved spending time with her family. Ruby was also a member of Parkersburg Christian Church.

Ruby is survived by her nephew, Mark Stevens; nieces, Nancy (Bob) Wallace, Patricia (Jay) Stemmley, Marcia (Dennis) Hoagland, Jeanne (Jeff) Dunahee, Judy (John) Thomas, and Susan (Bruce) Byler; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lloyd, Gail, and Bill Stevens; sister, Kathleen Gill; and nephew, Phil Stevens.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.

Memorials can be made to Immanuel United Methodist Church.
