Fern (Sawyer) Bible, 69 of Casper, Wyoming died Monday, July 23, 2001 at Wyoming Medical Center, from a blood clot. She was born in Edwards County Illinois January 12, 1932 the daughter of Shirley Sawyer and Mabel Thread Sawyer. She graduated from high school in Olney, Illinois.

On June 30, 1950 she married Eugene “Gene” Bible in Clovis, New Mexico.

She was a longtime employee of Ghost Town Fuel Stop, even through change of management. She enjoyed fishing, watching baseball and NASCAR races on television and especially visiting with family and good friends.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Wayne Bible and Dave Bible; four granddaughters; four great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons and one on the way.

Services at Mountain View Baptist Church on Poison Spider Road. Cremation has taken place.
