ROY MAN DIES WHEN TRACTOR FLIPS

ROY, Wash. - A Roy man was killed when his tractor flipped over, the Pierce County medical examiner's office said.

Donovan Pipher, 55, was driving the tractor with a mower attached to it up a small hill when it rolled over Sunday, killing him, the medical examiner's office said. Pipher died at the scene, the office said.

Donovan Lee Pipher, 56, of Roy, Washington died February 23, 1997 in Washington.

He was born March 16, 1941 in Olney, Illinois, son of Roy E. Pipher and Neva Smith Pipher.

He is buried in Roy Cemetery in Roy, Washington.
