Shirley Jean (Ulrich) Chapman, 39, of Belleville, Illinois died Friday, March 29, 1974 at Belleville after being in ill health with cancer, for two years.

She is the daughter of Reverend and Mrs. Arthur Ulrich of Flanagan.

Surviving Mrs. Chapman are her parents; her husband, Donald; several children and two brothers, Norman Ulrich of Flanagan and Donald Ulrich of Peoria.

Burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Belleville.
