Jack D. Mullinax, 54, Parkersburg, died Tuesday, April 17, 1990 at Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville, Ind.  Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Parkersburg with a Masonic service.

Mr. Mullinax was born in Richland County, March 5, 1936, the son of Harry and Bonnie (Miller) Mullinax. He married Wanda Tucker at the Parkersburg United Methodist Church June 6, 1954. She survives in Parkersburg.

He was a meat cutter and a member of the Parkersburg United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Parkersburg Masonic Lodge #509.

Surviving, in addition to his spouse, are one son, Greg Mullinax, Parkersburg; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Cynda) Rudolphi, Parkersburg; one brother, Jimmy Mullinax, Calif.; two grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
