Betty L. Noerenberg, 65, of Olney died Saturday, November 14, 1992 at Richland Memorial Hospital. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.
Mrs. Noerenberg was born January 20, 1927, the daughter of Forrest and Bessie (Goerell) Harms. She married Fred Noerenberg on March 28, 1947 in Olney.
Mrs. Noerenberg was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Olney and Olney Chapter 100 - Eastern Star.
Mrs. Noerenberg is survived by her husband, Fred Noerenberg of Olney; one son, Paul Noerenberg of Tolono; two daughters, Mary Cummings of Pesotum and Jane Muhs of Huntington, Ind.; father and step-mother, Forrest and Gladys Harms of Mattoon; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Married Fred Noerenberg, teacher, on March 28, 1947, 3 living children, Paul, Mary Ann, and Martha Jane. 5 Grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. She was the perfect wife, Mom, and my best friend. Dad never left the house without telling her that he loved her. Even after 18 years, I still miss my best friend dearly. Love you, Mom. Mary Ann
