Ronald  Roy VonAlmen, 85, of Olney, died on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Helia Healthcare of Olney. Ron was born on September 11, 1936 in Olney, IL, the son of Roscoe and Lela (Craig) VonAlmen.

Ron was a member of the Eagles and loved to go there on Fridays to socialize with his friends. After he left the Army, he worked at AMF until his retirement. Ron always had a smile on his face, and he will be missed by those that knew him.

Ron is survived by his brother, Bernard VonAlmen of Bone Gap, IL and several nieces and nephews who all loved him very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Evelyn Durham; brother, Danny VonAlmen; sister, Betty V. Phillips and sister-in law, Hazel VonAlmen.

Cremation Rites were accorded.
