Margaret Ora "Maggie" Stone, 78, of Olney, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana.  Funeral services at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home, Olney with burial in Bridgeport City Cemetery, Bridgeport, IL.

“Maggie” was born August 8, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Leon and Doris (Lawson) O'Neal. She married Dallas Stone on June 27, 1975. He survives.

Maggie enjoyed being with her family, playing bridge, socializing with her ladies luncheon group, and fishing. She was Past President of the American Legion Auxiliary. She loved presents and she loved the color blue and flowers. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dallas Stone of Olney; daughter, Cathy Dittman and husband Scott of Aurora, IL; son, James M. Miller of Olney; daughter, Ann Parker and husband Darril of Owensville, MO, and their children, Kaytee and Daniel Mitchell; daughter, Deborah Ham of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Donna Stone of Smithfield, VA; daughter, Dianna MeJean of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Sonny O'Neal and Butch O'Neal, and their families of South Carolina; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, Margaret Lawson, and uncle, Bud Lawson.
