So sorry to read that Gary has passed away. I also did not know until I read Gary’s obituary that his wife Lee had passed away last February. I got to know her while I was teaching at the Elementary school and she was head cook/ kitchen manager.  In talking with Lee I learned that she was married to my former classmate. ‘63. I will miss them at the next class reunion.  Condolences to their family.

Gary was one of my best friends.  I met him in Junior High and we stayed friends until his passing.  He was the best man at my wedding.  His family and mine were together any time I managed to get back to Olney and he and Lee were able to make a trip to North Carolina to visit with us a few years ago.  We did not get to see each other much in the last few years but Gary and Lee will be missed a lot by my wife and I.  RIP my friend.
