Darrell Eugene Thompson,  50, died August 13, 1986 in Laurel, Mississippi.  Burial and services held August 15th in Ellisville, Mississippi.

Mr. Thompson was born September 16, 1935 in Cusing, Oklahoma, the son of Lyle and Lillian Thompson.

He was a member of the Church of Christ and a former board member of Magnolia Bible College.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia; three sons; a daughter; a granddaughter; his mother, Lillian Thompson and a brother, Bill Thompson, both of Troy and aunts and cousins in the Olney area.

He was preceded in death by his father.
