Jerry Joe Stivers, 73,  of Harlingen, Texas, passed away Friday, May 21, 2010 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.
 
Jerry was born December 20, 1936 the son of Ray Theodore and Opal C. (Blackford) Stivers.
