William Eugene Ashworth, 88, of Olney, Illinois passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023.  Bill was born March 1, 1935, son of Albert M. and Blanche (Fritschle) Ashworth. He married Dollie Jones March 31, 1956 in Flora, Illinois and she preceded him in death in 2014.

Bill is survived by his son, Steve (Mary Ann) Ashworth; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dollie Ashworth; daughter, Dollie Sue Watson; his parents and two sisters, Bonnie Clevy and Rosetta Phillips.

Private family graveside service held at Crest Haven Cemetery, Claremont, Illinois.
