Thomas Keith Stevens, 62, of Smyrna, Tenn., died Saturday, October 2, 2004, at his home.

He donated his body to medical science. A private memorial service is being planned.

He was employed at AMF in Olney for several years. In Smyrna, he was a self-employed painting contractor.

Mr. Stevens is survived by his wife, Deanna Greenlee Stevens; two sons, Tony and Barry; and three grandchildren, all of Smyrna, Tenn.; and a brother, John, of Riverview, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Helen Stevens of Parkersburg.
