Jerry Roger Warren, age 81, of Avon, Indiana passed away October 28, 2020.  Jerry was born July 31, 1939 a son of John E. and Rachel A. (Mayberry) Warren.

Jerry’s siblings were, Charles E., Ralph L., Sarah R. “Ruth”, Donald E., John E. Jr, Phyllis A., Bill J. and Russell R. “Buddy”.
