Neil Edward Brown, 22, was killed in an automobile accident July 21, 1963 while in the U S Army, stationed in Augsburg, Germany. (Sp 4 - 19th Inf - 24th Div)

Neil was born July 9, 1941 son of John Edward and Loy Pauline VanBlaricum Brown.
