Sara Ann Forsyth, 70, of Olney died Wednesday May 12, 2004 at VNA Hospice Center in Evansville, Ind. Services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with Pastor Denise Burke and Minister Larry Weber officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.
Mrs. Forsyth was born on April 17, 1934 in Shelby, Ohio the daughter of Harvey and Sara (Noss) White. She married Monte Forsyth on September 27, 1956. He survives.
She was a retired elementary school teacher after 30 years of teaching in Olney. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Olney. She was a Hospice volunteer and a member of Phi Mu Sorority at Hanover College.
Mrs. Forsyth is survived by her husband, Monte Forsyth of Olney; a son, Monte Forsyth Jr. and his wife, Jill of Edmund, Okla.; a daughter, Beth Zwilling of Evansville, Ind.; a brother, Bill White and his wife, Sharon of Maineville, Ohio; five grandchildren and ten nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Steven Mark.
