Jack D. Groff, 87, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 at Solarbron Senior Living. He was born October 8, 1932 in Olney, IL to the late Jesse H. and Anna (Madden) Groff.

Jack was the youngest of six children. Wayne, Loy and Leland Groff and Carrie Mae Bail and Norma Jean Feutz preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Julia (Angus) Groff. They were married October 11, 1958. Jack is also survived by 3 nieces and a nephew.

He served as an Army Medic in Korea and was a plumber and a member of Local 136 Plumbers Steamfitters since 1952.

Services at Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel, Evansville with Deacon Emil Altmeyer officiating. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery with the Retired Veterans Memorial Club conducting military rites.
