Linda S. (Umfleet) Stadge, 79, of Olney, died on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN.

Linda was born on August 23, 1941 in Richland County, IL, the daughter of Hobart and Blanche (Taylor) Umfleet. She married Charles Stadge on June 4, 1967 in Eureka Church of Christ, and he preceded her in death on December 13, 1993.

Linda worked at the shoe factory, Richland Memorial Hospital, she drove a school bus, and she owned Lullaby Day Care. She enjoyed being with the grandkids and being on the houseboat with her husband on Kentucky Lake. Linda enjoyed traveling and attempted to visit every state. She took pleasure in watching the wildlife from her front porch. She was also a member of Eureka Church of Christ in Claremont. Linda will be missed by all those that knew her.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Tonya (Don) Hundley of Ridge Farm, IL; son, Thomas (Cindy) Umfleet of Claremont, IL; grandchildren, Patrick (Brittany) Umfleet, T.J. (LeeAnn) Powden, Amanda (Austin) Stallard, Jamie (Mike) Formanek, Erica Hundley, Danielle (Max) Menard, and Alan Schnell,; great grandchildren, Kaylee Powden, Megan Powden, Christie Umfleet, Mariah Umfleet, Skylar Menard, Hannah Menard, Aiden Hundley, Caleb Hundley, Ashlynn Stallard, Andrew Stallard, Piper Formanek, Taylor Formanek, Jacob Formanek, Dylan Formanek, and Rylee Formanek; and several nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Jerry, Jack, and Gene Umfleet and sister Wanda Bourne.

A Funeral Service will be held for Linda at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney, with a visitation beginning one hour before service time.

Interment will follow at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont.
