Fredrick Leroy Luthe, 67, of Olney died Saturday April 5, 2003 at Olney Care Center in Olney.  Graveside services with full military rites at Calhoun Cemetery with Dr. Berton Heleine officiating.

Mr. Luthe was born on May 25, 1935 in Richland County, the son of Forrest Fredrick and Bessie (Kutz) Luthe.

He was retired from the U.S. Navy (YN2 U.S. Navy ~ Korea ~ Vietnam) and was a member of Cahoun United Methodist Church.

Mr. Luthe is survived by two children, Theresa and Freddie Luthe; three sisters, Shirley Miller of Olney, Mary Runyon and her husband, James of Olney and Patricia Dunahee and her husband, Dave of Olney; and two brothers, Morris Luthe and his wife, Pat of Olney and Robert Luthe and his wife, Betty of Gillette, Wyo.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
