Paul Heindselman

Paul W. "Spot" Heindselman, 86, of Olney, died Wednesday October 6, 1993 at Burgin Manor Nursing Home.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with Dr. Bruce Owens officiating. Military graveside rites performed by the Olney Veterans Organizations. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Heindselman was born May 8, 1907 in Olney, the son of Tycent and Maude (Groves) Heindselman. He married Mary Edna Rash on February 8, 1942 in Branson, Mo. She died August 22, 1993.

Mr. Heindselman was the owner and operator of the Nash dealership, then was a salesman for Wilkins Chevrolet and later for Landis Chevrolet, all of Olney. He was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church and a United States Army World War II Veteran, a member of the Olney Elks 3926, American Legion and VFW.

Mr. Heindselman is survived by two daughters, Judy Heindselman of Rockford and Rita Batek of Glen Ellyn; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Heindselman was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a daughter, Kay MacGilvray, two sisters and three brothers.
