LAWRENCEVILLE, Ill. -- Dewey Haskell, 85, died Tuesday morning at Hennepin County Medical Center.

He was a retired pipe fitter for Texaco. He was a World War II Army veteran and member of the Elks and American Legion.

Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Anna Belle (Britton); two daughters, Becky York of Minneapolis and Nancy Murcko of San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Hazel Perry of Mount Carmel; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
