Norma J. Stoltz of Lakeview Terrace Retirement Community in Altoona, Florida passed on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the age of 90 years. She was born in Parkersburg, Illinois to William M. and Estella “Stella” (Doney) Hudson and moved to the Eustis / Altoona area in 1988 from Olney, Illinois.

Norma worked as a beautician for over 20 years before retiring. She was also a hospice volunteer for 15 years.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph L. Stoltz in March 2011 after 62 years of marriage; her daughter, Sandra J. Michl; 5 sisters, Sarah Mae Howington, Florence Stallard, Wilma Slichenmyer, Patricia Gaede and Carolyn Tucker; and 1 brother, Reuben Hudson.

Norma is remembered and will be dearly missed by her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Gary K. (Pamela) Stoltz of Eustis; sister and brother-in-law, Marian (Ted) Eagleson of Olney, Illinois; grandchildren, Bryan Stoltz, Beth (Eric) Whikehart, Scott Stoltz, Derek (Sheralyn) Stoltz and Bradley (Trisha) Yonaka; as well as 5 great grandchildren, Morgan Stoltz, Ryleigh Stoltz, Olivia Whikehart, Hudson Whikehart and Jacob Yonaka.

A memorial ceremony will be held in the Lakeview Terrace Wellness Center in Altoona on Friday, January 18th at 4:30 PM, Rev. Bill Peters will officiate.
