Paul David Summers

Paul D. Summers, 73, of Titusville, Fla. died Saturday May 19, 2001 at his residence.  Funeral services at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Mims, Fla. Burial in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Titusville, Fla.

Mr. Summers was born in Richland County Illinois.

He moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Brevard County, Fla. in 1976. He worked for 15 years for Lockheed and at Kennedy Space Center as an engineer. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, a member of American Legion Post #1 and VFW in Titusville. He started the first AYSO in Titusville. He was also a World War II veteran.

Mr. Summers is survived by his wife, Rosemary Summers of Titusville, Fla.; five sons and one daughter, Kevin Summers of Middletown, Ohio, Kim Summers of Rockledge, Fla., Barry Summers of Cincinnati, Ohio, Judy Bodziak of Titusville, Fla., Robin Summers of Titusville, Fla. and Thomas Summers of Mims, Fla.; four brothers, Robert Summers of Olney, John Summers of St. Louis, Mo., Dale Summers of Sebring, Fla. and Eugene Summers of Auburn Dale, Fla.; and 13 grandchildren.
