Richard D. Jenner, 79, of San Antonio, Texas, formerly of Parkersburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 1997, at his home.

Jenner was born Oct. 11, 1918, the son of Lewis and Pearle Jenner, of Parkersburg. He married Rachel Eckley, daughter of Vera Eckley, of Olney, Nov. 29, 1943.

He was retired from Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. He served in World War II.

He is survived by his wife; a brother, Lewis Jenner; sisters, Violet Jenner and Beatrice Bossetto, both of Parkersburg and Eloise Roberts, of Indianapolis; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Vincente, of Olney, and a sister, Genevieve Hudson, of Indianapolis, Ind.
