Howard Boley, 80, of Olney died Wednesday January 13, 1999 at his residence.  Services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Rev. Ted Kemp officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney with military graveside rites performed by Olney Veterans organizations.

Mr. Boley was born March 9, 1918 in Olney, the son of Ross and Rena (West) Boley. He married Katie Warren July 3, 1945 in Fort Knox, Ky.

He was a retired wire line specialist with Dresser-Atlas. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Olney; American Legion Post #30, where he was past commander; 40 & 8, where he was past Chef de Gare; VFW; Eagles and advisor for Sons of American Legion Post #30. (TEC 4 U.S. Army ~ World War II)

He is survived by his wife, Katie Boley of Olney; one daughter, Rena Boley of Olney and one granddaughter, Kassie Jackson of Olney.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
