Bob Flechs, 87 of Fairfield, Illinois passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.  Born on November 1, 1931 to John C. and Johnnie (Breshears) Flechs in Morris, OK, he was an Army Veteran serving during the Korean War.  Bob later worked for Caterpillar in Peoria, IL, N.V. Duncan Drilling Company, and retired from Wayne-White Counties Electric Co-op after 30 years as a janitor.  He was also a member of the Community of Christ Church.

Bob is survived by his wife Virginia Lee Flechs of Fairview Heights, IL, sons David (Debra) Flechs of Norris City, IL and Terry Flechs of Mt. Prospect, IL, daughter Kim (Jamie) House of Swansea, IL, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
