Dan Totten (1965)

Mr. Schrey was my boss of my first full time job. I was 14 years old and just grunt labor along with a Harmon boy that had lost his hearing. I worked for Schrey brothers for 3 summers in high school. What an education! I learned all facets of construction, siding, roofing, brick, block laying, and drywall. It is an education I used all my life, even today. My father was a cement finisher, so I had that covered. I was the guy that built the "tree house" on the corner of York and Ohio St at "old man Schrey's" house. It lasted many, many years. Thank you Mr Schrey for all you taught me. GOD BLESS    Dan Totten USN Retired
