David Dee Waggoner, 49, of Claremont, went to be with his heavenly Father on July 01, 2017 after a battle with cancer. He was born on October 14, 1967 in Olney, IL, the son of Dee and Sharon (Sterchi) Waggoner.

David was engaged in agriculture on the family farm. He enjoyed riding horses, motorcycles, and playing guitar.

David is survived by his father, Dee Waggoner; son, Kody Waggoner and friend Willow Spencer and son, Dalton Waggoner and friend Katelyn Mathis.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Lee Waggoner, maternal grandparents, Robert and Floy Sterchi; paternal grandparents, Dale and Dorothy Waggoner.

Services at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home, Olney with burial in Waggoner Cemetery in Chauncey, IL.
